PPE Engineering - 00-06 Toyota MR2 Spyder, MR-S - 2ZZ-GE Swap, 2.75" Intake

Product Type: Intake Systems

$ 339.00

This short ram intake improves power by 4-5hp with strong gains throughout the power curve. Comes with ultra efficient dry air filter which will not deposit oil on your mass air sensor. This simple bolt-on air intake allows you to complete your 2ZZ installation properly without the excessive rich mixture and drivability problems caused by reusing the too-small Spyder 1ZZ intake system. Filter is placed in the same spot as the factory filter (next to header) for easy serviceability.

Strong gains throughout

What i didnt like about this product was that there was no manual at all, something to be aware of is that the maf sensor is one direction, if its the other way your car wont suck in any air and stall.
Fitment was also ehh. The tube wasnt long enough so i had to use one of the stock tubing and lenghtening it for it not to get stuck between the battery and wiring harness. Had to bring out my angle grinder to make it fit with stock tube. Worth the money? Yes
