Introduction

The Cosworth 2ZZ engine parts have gone through countless hours of engineering and evaluation to determine the best combination of parts and build specifications, ensuring maximum reliable performance.  Their race engine program expands to over 50 years, these pistons are designed and engineered to withstand long periods of high performance driving conditions. All Cosworth pistons are engineered and manufactured using the same methods as their Formula One pistons, and one of the better features of the 2ZZ piston is the anti-scuff coating, polished tops, as well as patented anti-detonation bands. Furthermore, these pistons endure a forging process to minimize weight, to make for one of the strongest pistons available.
